*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ ***
Venue Accessability: Unfortunately the venue is down a flight of stairs and there is no lift access, anyone using a wheelchair or who finds it difficult to go up and down stairs (approximately 20 steps) would find it very difficult to access the hall. For your own health and safety we regretably advise that you don't attempt to access the venue.
Push Chairs And Prams: Due to the limited space available inside the venue, we kindly ask you not to bring push chairs or prams in to the venue, especially as you will need to come down a flight of stairs. If you need somewhere to store the push chair during the event, you will need to fold it away and store it away from the seating area at the very back of the hall.
Seating is on a first come first served basis. As this is a free event, we will need to register more attendees than we can acutally seat in the venue. The reason we need to do this is because at least 2/3 of the people who register to attend free Islamic seminars and events usually drop out and don't attend on the day. If you want to ensure you have a seat at the event, we strongly advise that you turn up on time. Once the venue has reached maximum capacity we will not be able to let you enter, even if you have family or friends inside already.
Food And Refreshments: You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks and drink with you, we will also try to have some available for purchase but can not gaurantee this.
Fundraising: This event is being organised by the charity ILM (International Learning Movement) in order to support the work they do around the world there will be a short fundraising segment.
