The Situation

Families from Gaza who survived the war since 2023 have been evacuated to Egypt for safety. But safety did not end their suffering. Many arrived with severe war injuries, untreated wounds and disabilities, cancer without ongoing treatment, diabetes without insulin, kidney disease without dialysis, and children and elderly with no access to medication. They escaped destruction — only to face a new crisis: no money, no treatment, no way to survive.

What Is The Mercy Shifaa Fund?

The Mercy Shifaa Fund is an ILM UK initiative dedicated to supporting these evacuated Gaza families in Egypt by providing medical treatment and medication, support for hospital bills and surgeries, dialysis, cancer treatment, and chronic illness care, as well as help with rent, food, and essential living costs.

Who You Are Helping

You are helping a father who lost a limb and cannot work, a mother undergoing cancer treatment with no money for chemotherapy, a diabetic child without access to insulin, an elderly man who needs regular dialysis to stay alive, and families living in small rented rooms choosing between food and medicine.

Why This Is Urgent

Medical care in Egypt is not free for refugees. Without financial help, treatment stops, medication stops, dialysis stops, food runs out, and rent cannot be paid. For many, this is the difference between life and death.

Trust & Delivery

ILM UK works directly with trusted partners and caseworkers in Egypt to identify and support the most vulnerable evacuated families from Gaza. Funds are used specifically for verified medical cases, hospital and pharmacy payments, and direct living cost assistance.

Your Help is Crucial

They survived bombs, rubble, and destruction. They should not have to die slowly from lack of treatment. Be the reason they receive care. Be the reason they can heal. Be the reason they can live. “And whoever saves a life, it is as if he has saved all of mankind.” (Qur’an 5:32)
