Help Keep a Family Fed Your monthly donation is combined with the generosity of other donors to fund essential food packs for vulnerable families. Depending on the country and local diet, these packs can contain staple foods such as rice, flour, lentils, oil, sugar and other essential ingredients — giving families the means to prepare regular, nutritious meals at home. Rather than providing support for just one day, a food pack can help give a family greater food security throughout the month.
